Conflict in Nagorno-Karabak

There have been 2,700 known deaths in the upsurge in conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. The ceasefire is welcome, but we in the SNP are concerned that the good news could be temporary.
The UK has the capacity to play a much more constructive role here, and I urge the government to do so.
