UK government not responding to urgent enquiries from members of the public

Far too many of my constituents have now waited for extremely long periods of time for responses to urgent enquiries that my office has made on their behalf. Some have waited over two months with no acknowledgement.
Yes, we are facing a pandemic crisis, but this simply isn’t good enough and the UK government is not appearing accountable to members of the public who are in need of assistance.
