Speech on Wellbeing Economy

As the pandemic continues, households all across Scotland are reassessing their lives – what they eat, how they move around, what they do for work and how they spend their free time. Big questions continue to be asked about the kind of society and community we’d like to live in. My speech on building a wellbeing economy, and using metrics that actually encompass the positive outcomes we wish to see – for instance, functional local bus services.
