Freezing stamp duty and lack of support during pandemic

According to the House of Commons Library, the UK govt has committed £3.3 billion of borrowed money to freezing stamp duty for those buying a house up to value of half a million over the course of the pandemic.
Businesses, workers, and freelancers across the UK -including in my own constituency- haven’t seen a penny of the support they need. Support for property buyers is important, but £3.3B is an astronomical figure when so many are left behind.
