High streets and city centres across Scotland and the world are facing unprecedented pressures. The pandemic hasn’t triggered these changing consumer trends, but has accelerated them. Stirling’s not immune from these issues, but we’ve also parts of the solution too. Elected representatives at all levels must build a supportive environment for sustainable, interesting and engaging local commerce – and reform laws and strategy to help our communities thrive.
