Full speech to the House on SNP amendments to Internal Market Bill

My full speech to the House on the SNP amendments to the Tory government’s appalling Internal Market Bill. We want consent of the Scottish Parliament to be respected, or for Scotland to be exempt from this process.
The principle of devolution and democracy in Scotland is being torn apart by this government. The people of Scotland are watching, knowing there’s a better future ahead of us as an independent nation.
