Stirling MP Alyn Smith has shown his support for the youth swimming coaches new project at Kildean.

Water Babies is the world’s leading baby and young child swimming school that teaches over 60,000 babies every week. They have proposed a custom-built swimming facility in Stirling’s new Kildean business park, the only one of its kind in Europe. The swimming school encourages children to learn water confidence and safety from birth up to the age of six and also provide pre-natal classes for expecting mothers.

Commenting Alyn Smith MP said:

‘This is a really exciting project that teaches more than swimming, it strengthens family bonds, promotes an active lifestyle and creates a hub in the community.

‘It will be a great addition to Stirling’s sport and well-being community and a major contribution to the Kildean development.
